此前老恒和酿造发布公告，于本公布日期，公司的公众持股量约为23.27%，低于香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则(上市规则)第8.08(1)(a)条所规定必须由公众人士持有公司已发行股份(股份)总数至少25%(最低规定百分比)。
