Spark New Zealand (ASX:SPK, NZE:SPK) received notice that BlackRock Group increased its holdings in the company to 9.08% from 8.071%, according to a Monday filing with the New Zealand and Australian bourses.
BlackRock Group now owns 171.6 million shares in the company, the filing said.
Spark New Zealand's Australian and Kiwi shares each lost 1% in recent Monday trade.
