Core Natural Resources Shares Fall After Swinging to Q4 Loss

Core Natural Resources (CNR) shares fell 3.7% in recent Thursday trading after it reported a Q4 loss of $1.54 per diluted share, swinging from earnings of $1.04 per diluted share a year earlier.
Two analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.50.
Revenue for the three months ended Dec. 31 was $1.04 billion, up from $573.6 million a year earlier.
Four analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1 billion.
The company maintained its quarterly dividend at $0.10 per share, payable March 16 to stockholders of record March 2.
