Commonwealth Bank of Australia Says Applicants of Two Lawsuits to Appeal in High Court of Australia

Commonwealth Bank of Australia (ASX:CBA) said that the High Court granted the applicants in the Zonia and Baron shareholder class actions special leave to appeal from the judgment of the full court of the Federal Court of Australia, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.

The bank said it is defending the appeals.

CBA disclosed the delivery of the full court judgment in May 2025 and the finalization of court orders relating to the judgment in September 2025.

The bank's shares fell almost 2% in recent Friday trade.
