卧安机器人（06600）发布公告，公司已获恒生指数有限公司选定并将纳入恒生综合指数成份股，自2026年3月9日起生效。获纳入恒生综合指数成份股后，公司股票预计将符合沪港通及深港通交易的纳入标准。沪港通及深港通是香港与中国内地的资本市场投资者之间的股票交易与投资的渠道。
董事会认为，纳入恒生综合指数成份股反映国际资本市场对公司行业地位、业务表现及价值的高度认可，将有助于扩大公司的股东基础及吸引更多长期机构投资者，为公司长期发展奠定坚实基础，并为股东创造可持续价值，从而提高公司于资本市场的投资价值及声誉。
董事会谨此向所有股东、投资者及合作伙伴长期以来的信任及支持致以衷心谢意。公司将继续聚焦技术创新及业务开发，深化在具身智能领域的布局。
