Citigroup Chief Executive Jane Fraser made $42 million in 2025, roughly $7.5 million more than she earned the year before.

Fraser's base salary of $1.5 million stayed the same as it has been the prior three years, but incentives were higher.

The executive, who became the first woman to lead the banking company in 2021, received $6.08 million in cash incentives. She got $14.18 million in deferred stock incentives and $20.25 million in performance share units.

In 2024, Fraser's total compensation was $34.5 million, including an incentive award of $33 million.

Her pay increased alongside the firm's revenue and net income last year. Shares have climbed 35% over the past 12 months.
