IT之家 2 月 14 日消息，据科技媒体 neowin 昨日报道，巴西反垄断监管机构 CADE 最近开始调查微软，指控其间接逼迫部分 OEM 厂商独家捆绑 Edge 浏览器。
IT之家在此援引 neowin，CADE 已向戴尔、惠普、联想、华硕、宏碁、三星和 LG 等 10 家电脑厂商致函，重点询问这些厂家是否参与微软“Jumpstart”计划，在旗下 Windows PC 上独家预装 Edge 浏览器。
监管机构还要求厂商们提供 2020 年-2025 年 PC 销量数据、参与“Jumpstart”计划的 PC 数量、“Windows S 模式”PC 销售数据等，并要求微软披露与 OEM 厂商的合同细节、商业谈判计划，重点调查是否存在“不遵守 Jumpstart 计划就罚款”以及是否留给厂商谈判空间。
此外，由谷歌 Chrome、欧朋 Opera 等厂组成的“浏览器选择联盟”对此次调查行动表示认可，认为此次调查是打击垄断、清除不公平竞争的重要一步。
