ChainCatcher 消息，据 Cointelegraph 报道，荷兰众议院于 2 月 13 日通过一项立法提案，拟对储蓄及包括加密货币在内的大部分流动性投资征收 36% 的资本利得税。该提案以 93 票赞成达到 75 票的通过门槛。
根据提案，无论资产是否出售，储蓄账户、加密货币、大部分股权投资及生息金融工具的收益均需纳税。初创企业股权及非投资性实物资产等特定资产可获得豁免。提案尚需荷兰参议院批准后方可生效，若通过将于 2028 纳税年度正式实施。反对者称该法案将促使资本流向税收政策更有利的司法管辖区。
投资者测算显示，每月投入 1000 欧元、持续 40 年的投资者，在 36% 税率下最终收益将从 332 万欧元降至 188.5 万欧元，差额达 143.5 万欧元。
