Australia's Qube agrees to $8.3 billion buyout offer from <a href="https://laohu8.com/S/MQG.AU">Macquarie</a>-consortium

Feb 16 (Reuters) - Australia's Qube Holdings QUB.AX on Monday signed a scheme implementation agreement with a consortium led by Macquarie's MQG.AX asset management arm, valuing the logistics firm at A$11.7 billion ($8.26 billion).
