智通财经APP讯，国家联合资源(00254)公布，该集团预期截至2025年12月31日止6个月的收入约3434.3万港元，同比下跌约38.7%。收入减少的主要原因是截至2025年6月30日止年度内处置了资讯科技业务分部计算分析及处理中心的产生收益的资产，以及另一分部汽车租赁及接驳巴士服务收入减少约30%或约700万港元。
于相应期间，确认按公平值计入损益的金融负债的公平值亏损约934.8万港元。由于本期间并无该公平值亏损，加上管理费用减少，故本期间净亏损所受影响得以减轻。预计本期间公司拥有人应占亏损约为2200万港元至2500万港元，较相应期间的亏损约1923.8万港元增加约300万港元至600万港元。
