当地时间2月17日，央视记者获悉，美国白宫拒绝了民主党提出的最新方案，双方在结束国土安全部（DHS）部分“停摆”问题上仍“相距甚远”。

白宫官员表示，政府仍愿进行“善意对话”以结束“民主党导致的‘停摆’”，但同时坚持执行总统在移民执法方面的承诺。民主党方面则要求在联邦移民执法上加强监督，作为支持拨款的前提。

此次部分停摆已持续数日，暂未看到即将达成协议的迹象。（央视记者 朱磊）
