智通财经APP讯，鋑联控股(00459)发布公告，于2026年2月20日(星期五)举行的法院会议上，批准计划的决议案已获亲身或委派代表出席法院会议并于会上投票的计划股东批准。
于同日举行的股东特别大会上，批准削减本公司已发行股本并藉注销及剔除计划股份使其生效的特别决议案;及将本公司已发行股本中的已发行股份数目增加至注销及剔除计划股份前的数目，并将因上述股本削减而在本公司账册中产生的进账用于按面值缴足数目与因计划而注销及剔除的计划股份数目相同的入账列作缴足的新股份，以供配发及发行予要约人的普通决议案已获亲身或委派代表出席股东特别大会并于会上投票的股东批准。
待计划生效后，预期撤销股份于联交所的上市地位将自2026年3月24日(星期二)下午四时正起生效。
