Posco Holdings (KRX:005490) plans to retire 1.7 million treasury stock worth 635.13 billion won, according to a regulatory filing on Friday with the Korea Exchange.
The shares will be retired on March 31 at par value of 5,000 won per share.
Shares of Posco Holdings rose 1% in recent trade.
