比推消息， 加密风投机构 Dragonfly 管理合伙人 Haseeb 在 X 平台发文表示，尽管身处加密货币行业，但在实际投资交易中人们依然选择签署法律合同，而非仅依赖智能合约。即便交易双方都是具备技术能力与法律顾问支持的加密原生机构，也难以完全信任智能合约作为唯一约束机制。传统银行体系经过数百年演进，围绕“人类失误”设计风控机制；而加密系统则对人类并不友好，复杂地址、钓鱼攻击、授权漏洞与 Gas 机制等均与人类直觉不符，因此加密货币或许并非为人类构建，而是为机器准备的金融系统。比如，AI 代理能够快速验证合约、分析条款并执行协议，更倾向于信任确定性的代码，而非存在司法不确定性的法律体系，未来的加密入口将是自驱钱包（Self-Driving Wallet），由 AI 全权代理用户在 DeFi 协议中配置资产、执行交易，甚至与其他 AI 代理自动达成经济协议，相较之下当前由人类直接操作加密协议的模式，或许只是过渡阶段。加密系统那些“对人类不友好”的特性可能并非缺陷，而是用户尚未匹配，当 AI 成为主要参与者后加密的真正适配场景或将显现。
