And ST HD (TYO:2685) appointed Michio Fukuda as its director and chairman, effective March 1, according to a Wednesday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
Fukuda will retire from the Board of Directors after the ordinary general meeting of shareholders scheduled for May concludes, the filing said.
Shares of the Japanese fashion company rose more than 1% at market close.
