Marimaca Copper (ASX:MC2) said the bookbuild was completed for a treasury offering of its common shares and CHESS depositary interests to raise up to around CA$136.5 million as well as the secondary offerings of existing common shares and CHESS depositary interests owned and controlled by Greenstone Resources II, Greenstone Co-Investment No. 1, and certain other shareholders of up to around CA$272.5 million, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
The treasury offering is subject to Toronto Stock Exchange approval. It is priced at CA$10 per common share.
The CA$120.5 million secondary offering of 12 million existing common shares is also priced at CA$10 per common share. The AU$157 million secondary offering of CHESS depositary interests is priced at AU$10.35 per CHESS depositary interest.
Its shares fell 12% in recent trading on Thursday.
