Labcorp posted higher fourth-quarter profit boosted by growth in its diagnostic laboratories business.
The company reported net income of $164.7 million, or $1.98 a share, up from $143.4 million, or $1.70 a share, the year prior.
Adjusted earnings were $4.07 a share. Analysts polled by FactSet expected $3.94 a share.
Revenue rose to $3.52 billion from $3.33 billion. Wall Street expected $3.56 billion.
The company said growth was driven by its diagnostics laboratories segment, which saw revenue rising 5.5% to $2.73 billion.
The company guided for 2026 revenue of $14.61 billion to $14.79 billion and adjusted earnings of $17.55 to $18.25 a share.
Analysts see 2026 revenue of $14.64 billion and adjusted earnings of $17.54 a share.
