Vital Healthcare Property Trust Posts Higher Fiscal H1 Adjusted FFO, Net Property Income

Vital Healthcare Property Trust (NZE:VHP) reported Thursday fiscal first-half adjusted funds from operations (FFO) of NZ$0.0564 per share, up from NZ$0.0496 a year earlier.
Net property income for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2025, was NZ$77.8 million, compared with NZ$74.3 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected NZ$76 million.
The company expects its fiscal 2026 distribution guidance to remain unchanged at NZ$0.0975, payable quarterly.
The board declared a quarterly dividend of NZ$0.024375 per share, unchanged from the prior corresponding period, payable March 12 to shareholders on record as of Feb. 26.
