Vector (NZE:VCT) reported Friday fiscal first-half earnings of NZ$0.113 per share, down from NZ$0.124 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings of NZ$0.14.
Revenue for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2025, was NZ$594.4 million, compared with NZ$629.8 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected NZ$599 million.
The company expects fiscal 2026 adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization of NZ$470 million to NZ$490 million, gross capital expenditure of NZ$500 million to NZ$540 million, and capital contributions of NZ$180 million to NZ$215 million.
The board declared an interim dividend of NZ$0.125 per share, up from NZ$0.12 a year earlier, payable March 31 to shareholders on record as of March 19.
