Inghams Group (ASX:ING) reported Friday fiscal first-half earnings of AU$0.049 per share, down from AU$0.138 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by Visible Alpha/FactSet expected earnings of AU$0.06.
Revenue for the six months ended Dec. 27, 2025, was AU$1.61 billion, compared with AU$1.61 billion a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected sales of AU$1.58 billion.
The company said it now expects fiscal-year 2026 underlying earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) of between AU$180 million and AU$200 million, down from previously a range of AU$215 million to AU230 million.
The board declared an interim dividend of AU$0.04 per share, down from AU$0.11 a year earlier, payable April 3 to shareholders on record as of March 13.
