ChainCatcher 消息，据 The Block 报道，金融科技公司 Newity 已完成 1100 万美元战略融资，由 CMT Digital 领投，计划将小企业贷款业务迁移至区块链。
这是 Newity 首次融资，采用未来股权简单协议（SAFE）结构。Newity 成立于 2020 年疫情期间，目前已为超过 12.5 万家小企业提供总额超 120 亿美元的融资服务，平均贷款规模约 11.88 万美元。
Newity 联合创始人兼联合 CEO Luke LaHaie 表示：“我们不只是改进小企业贷款，而是重新构建连接企业家与资本的金融基础设施。人工智能和区块链为我们提供了基础设施，使团队能够按市场需求规模运营。”该公司计划在今年第一季度公布其区块链战略详情。
