在华纳兄弟（WBD）同意重启收购谈判后，派拉蒙天空舞蹈（PSKY）股价走高。
此前，派拉蒙上周提出了新的全现金收购报价：每股30 美元收购华纳兄弟全部股权。
该报价附带每股0.25 美元的 “延期补偿金”：若交易在今年年底前未能完成，华纳兄弟股东每季度将获得每股 0.25 美元的补偿。
华纳兄弟表示，派拉蒙还非正式提出过每股 31 美元的收购方案。
本轮谈判窗口期为7 天，将于2026 年 2 月 23 日结束，目的是 “为华纳兄弟股东明确情况，并让派拉蒙有能力提出最终最优报价”。
华纳兄弟董事长萨缪尔・A・迪・皮扎在公告中表示，董事会仍建议接受 Netflix 的收购方案，该方案价值约827 亿美元，但不包含华纳全部业务。
他在声明中称：“Netflix 的合并方案能带来巨大价值，且具备清晰的监管审批路径，符合华纳兄弟股东的最佳利益。”
派拉蒙当前每股 30 美元的报价，对华纳兄弟整体估值为1084 亿美元。
Netflix 联合首席执行官泰德・萨兰多斯上周在参议院司法小组委员会作证，否认有关该交易将形成垄断或导致消费者价格上涨的说法。
