Ventia Services Group Posts Higher 2025 Underlying Basic Earnings, Revenue

Ventia Services Group (ASX:VNT, NZE:VNT) reported Thursday 2025 underlying basic earnings of AU$0.3034 per basic share, up from AU$0.2574 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings of AU$0.30.

Revenue for the 12 months ended Dec. 31, 2025, was AU$6.14 billion, compared with AU$6.11 billion a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected AU$6.26 million.

The company said it expects fiscal year 2026 underlying net profit after tax and amortization growth in the range of 7% to 10% compared with 2025.

The board declared an interim dividend of AU$0.1254 per share, up from AU$0.1063 a year earlier, payable April 9 to shareholders on record as of Feb. 25.
