Greatland Resources (ASX:GGP) said its Chief Operating Officer (COO), Simon Tyrrell, resigned, effective June 30, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company appointed Otto Richter as Acting COO, as it started a search process for a new COO, the filing added.
Shares of the company fell 1% in recent Wednesday trade.
