智通财经APP获悉，专注于爱达荷州铜钼银项目的矿产勘探公司Idaho Copper(COPR.US)周四上调了其即将进行的首次公开募股(IPO)规模。这家总部位于爱达荷州博伊西的公司，根据其场外交易市场(OTC)近期报价，现计划以每股6.40美元的价格发行230万股股份，募资1500万美元。该公司此前申报的发行规模为相同价格下发行80万股。
按照修订后的条款，Idaho Copper的募集资金将比原先预期增加200%，完全稀释后的市值将达到1.15亿美元(较原条款下降6%)。
据悉，Idaho Copper核心业务为勘探开发爱达荷州一处名为CuMo项目的铜钼银矿床。该项目占地约2640英亩，涵盖132个采矿权，其中包括126个联邦非专利矿脉采矿权和6个专利采矿权。项目已获得2020年完成的初步经济评估报告，更新版报告正在编制中。
Idaho Copper成立于2005年，计划在纽约证券交易所美国板上市，股票代码为COPR。ThinkEquity担任此次IPO的独家簿记管理人。
