与此同时，特区政府也会与监管机构、交易所和业界共同探索更多提升市场发展的新举措，进一步丰富产品种类、提升交易机制，强化香港作为领先筹融资平台的竞争力，例如发展债券与股票互通的存托管理系统，推动跨产品、跨市场及跨范畴的抵押品互通，提升其流动性，并推动更多创新产品的推出
