格隆汇2月20日丨登辉控股(01692.HK)公告，根据董事会对目前已知信息，包括集团截至2025年12月31日止年度(“年度”)的综合管理账目的初步审阅，集团预期于年度将录得的公司拥有人应占溢利净额约为5700万港元至约为6800万港元，对比截至2024年12月31日止年度的公司拥有人应占溢利净额约为1.08亿港元，减少约为37.0%至约为47.0%。 董事会认为年度公司拥有人应占溢利净额减少主要是由于(i)集团的直接劳工成本及原材料成本增加；及(ii)集团为优化其产品线，提供更具价格竞争力的产品，以应对客户对价格的敏感度并保持其市场份额而采取的举措，这两项举措均导致集团的毛利润及毛利率下降。
