2月20日晚间消息，海底捞披露数据，春节期间，超过1000家海底捞门店在除夕正常营业，超过1200家门店在大年初一开门迎客，从大年初二起，全国超过1300家门店恢复正常营业。

　　数据显示，春节假期前五天，全国海底捞共计接待顾客超过700万人次，其中除夕与大年初一两天客流较去年同期增长超过10%。

　　海底捞方面表示，随着不少年轻人选择不再集中返乡，而是邀请父母到工作城市团聚，春运中的“反向流动”带动除夕、初一客流向大城市集聚。北京、深圳两地海底捞门店除夕及大年初一客流分别较去年同期增长超过18%和17%。
