MyState (ASX:MYS) reported Friday fiscal first-half underlying earnings of AU$0.166 per share, up from AU$0.158 a year earlier.
Revenue for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2025, was AU$125.2 million, compared with AU$77 million a year earlier.
The company said it expects merger integration costs through to June 30, 2028, to remain unchanged at AU$29 million.
The board declared an interim dividend of AU$0.12 per share, up from AU$0.105 a year earlier, payable March 20 to shareholders on record as of Feb. 26.
Shares fell 4% in morning trade Friday.
