美联储负责监管事务的副主席米歇尔·鲍曼周三表示，与巴塞尔协议III相关的修订版银行资本提案有望在第一季度结束前公布。

　　鲍曼在华盛顿Exchequer Club的活动上表示，美国监管机构计划在今年晚些时候公布该提案，然后征求公众意见。她强调，届时将给予业界和公众“充足时间”对方案进行评议。

　　此前有报道称，监管机构正在制定新的银行资本金提案，该方案将大幅放松拜登政府时期对华尔街大型银行的拟议资本金要求。此前那一版本因遭到银行业反对而未能最终敲定。

　　鲍曼本周早些时候还表示，根据该提案，美国贷款机构料将面临新的住房抵押贷款要求。
