Alliance Aviation Services (ASX:AQZ) said that it is in talks with a major wet-lease customer regarding a commercially unviable arrangement, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company's fiscal first-half results were challenged by margin pressures from the arrangement, the filing said.
Shares of the company fell 7% and earlier hit a near nine-year low.
