St Barbara (ASX:SBM) reported Friday fiscal first-half loss of AU$0.0002 per share, compared with AU$0.0568 a year earlier.
Revenue for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2025, was AU$128.8 million, compared with AU$97.3 million a year earlier.
The company flagged the existence of a material uncertainty about the group's ability to continue as a going concern.
Shares were up almost 2% in recent Friday trade.
