Australian Foundation Investment (ASX:AFI, NZE:AFI) said that its Chief Executive Officer Mark Freeman resigned, effective at the end of the year, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Alison Gibson will succeed Freeman, effective July 13, the filing said.
