菲律宾通过债券发行筹集 2350 亿比索（合 41 亿美元） 新资金，此次发行获得强劲需求。投资者押注菲律宾央行可能在周四再度降息，因此锁定较高收益率。

　　菲律宾财政部国库署周四在官网声明中表示，原定于周五结束的发行期，在面向机构投资者的发售达成筹资目标后提前截止。投资者仍可在周五前将旧债券置换为新债券。

　　马尼拉黎刹商业银行首席经济学家迈克尔・里卡福特表示：“政府目前并不需要这么多资金，支出尚未回升，因此举债需求减少。” 他预计，10 年期债券收益率可能从周三的 5.925%，在 6 月进一步降至 5.8%。

　　菲律宾经济增速处于疫情之外14 年来最低水平，多数分析师预计菲律宾央行将在今日晚些时候实施连续第六次降息。基准利率已较 6 月高点下降约 50 个基点，菲律宾官员正抓住借贷成本下降的窗口期。

　　今年 4 月，政府通过首次发行此类债券筹集了 3000 亿比索，当时未包含债券置换部分。

　　菲律宾国库署署长莎伦・阿尔曼扎周三表示，政府计划在未来数月面向个人投资者发债，并关注今年内可能重返全球债券市场的机会。

　　政府计划今年将总借款规模提高约 3%，至 2.68 万亿比索。
