智通财经APP获悉，周四，谷歌(GOOGL.US)与东南亚科技巨头Sea Ltd(SE.US)宣布达成全新合作，双方将为Sea旗下电商及游戏产品开发人工智能(AI)工具。
两家公司在声明中表示，根据新签署的战略合作协议，将在Sea旗下电商平台Shopee上联合探索构建具备AI智能体的购物原型系统。
此举是全球科技企业推动AI模型商业化的重要举措。各大企业不再局限于让AI仅提供问答功能，而是拓展其应用边界，使其能够执行跨应用购物、管理复杂工作流等更广泛任务，从而实现AI技术的商业价值转化。
本周早些时候，阿里巴巴(BABA.US)也发布了全新AI模型，宣称该模型专为“智能体AI时代”量身打造。阿里巴巴旗下Lazada电商平台在东南亚市场与Shopee形成直接竞争格局。
根据咨询机构Momentum Works发布的研究报告，Shopee以52%的市场份额稳居2024年东南亚电商平台榜首位置。
此外，谷歌与Sea旗下游戏业务Garena还将携手探索AI解决方案在游戏开发领域的创新应用，旨在通过AI技术“重塑”游戏开发的生产力体系。
据悉，此次合作前，Shopee已于2024年与谷歌旗下YouTube在东南亚电商市场达成过合作。
