今年春节假期，中电晶华天津半导体材料有限公司几乎全员在岗，赶工新订单。
在中电晶华车间，贴在门口的大红对联格外醒目，这是公司里的工程师们集思广益，结合自家行业特点，跨界创作出来的。
这群写得了对联、做得了硅片的工程师，六年前走到了一起。当时，中国电科46所为实现半导体材料产业化，在天津成立中电晶华公司，专做硅片等半导体材料，是芯片生产的底座。经过6年发展，企业产能从最初的每月五万片，提升到数十万片，客户也从三家增加到了二十多家，覆盖消费电子、新能源、航空航天等多个领域。春节前几天，他们接到一笔新订单，来自国内龙头新能源车企，定货量大，要得还急，初八一上班就得交货。
工程师龚一夫说，这已经是他们在车间里度过的第五个春节了。这几年，芯片制造技术快速发展，在航空航天等新兴产业领域，国产芯片占有率不断提升，研发团队明显感觉到任务一年比一年重。今年假期，企业140多名员工，有近一百人在岗，除了新订单，其它产品也都正常生产、发货，工程师们也在持续开展新型半导体材料的研发工作。
