　　尽管企业软件板块整体遭到抛售，该股自年初以来已下跌超 25%，但上述举措有望让投资者相信 ServiceNow 基本面依然稳健。几周前，公司刚宣布一项50 亿美元股票回购计划，以提振投资者信心。

　　麦克德莫特是今年首批取消预先股票交易计划的企业软件 CEO 之一，这也引发其他同行是否会效仿的讨论。部分投资者担心，AI 可能颠覆传统的按用户授权软件模式，企业可通过自建功能与应用大幅削减软件预算。
