Sonic Healthcare (ASX:SHL) reported Thursday fiscal first-half 2026 earnings of AU$0.531 per share, up from AU$0.492 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings of AU$0.54.
Revenue for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2025, was AU$5.45 billion, compared with AU$4.67 billion a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected AU$5.26 billion.
The company said it is on track to achieve fiscal 2026 earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) guidance of AU$1.87 billion to AU$1.95 billion.
The board declared an interim dividend of AU$0.45 per share, up from AU$0.44 a year earlier, payable March 19 to shareholders on record as of March 5.
