加密借贷公司Ledn Inc．已发行1.88亿美元由比特币支持的证券化债券，成为资产支持债市场首宗此类交易。

　　知情人士称，此次交易包括两只债券，其中一部分为投资级债券，定价较基准利率高出335个基点。

　　Jefferies Financial Group Inc．担任此次交易的唯一结构安排人及账簿管理人。

　　根据标普全球评级的报告，这些债券以超过5400笔贷款组成的资产池作担保，消费者以其持有的比特币作为抵押，从Ledn获得贷款。这份日期为2月9日的报告显示，这些贷款的加权平均利率为11.8%。

　　比特币价格波动剧烈，若价格大幅下跌，与加密货币挂钩的贷款可能出现资不抵债的情况。不过，标普表示，Ledn的资产支持证券（ABS）投资者或在一定程度上免受这一风险影响，因为该贷款机构采用算法清算机制，在贷款触发违约时自动处置抵押的比特币，所得资金用于偿还贷款。

　　标普在报告中指出，在本月早些时候比特币价格较10月高点大跌约50%之后，Ledn已对本次证券化资产池中的相当比例贷款进行了清算。

　　此后，比特币价格有所回升，但仍较10月峰值跌约46%，周三纽约时段，徘徊在约66484美元。
