Electronic products retailer Logica Infoway (BOM:543746) said its chief operating officer (North) and key managerial personnel, Ankur Bhutani, has resigned from the company with effect from Feb. 1, according to a Tuesday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.
Bhutani stepped down to pursue career opportunities outside the company, the statement said.
The company's shares were up over 2%.
