Black Bear Minerals (ASX:BKB) confirmed that following a review, all material permits of the Shafter Silver project are valid, current, and transferable where required, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The project has all major permits necessary to support restart planning and future operations, the filing said.
Shares of the company rose 13% in recent Tuesday trade.
