ChainCatcher 消息，据 CoinDesk 报道，加密税务平台 Awaken Tax 调查显示，超 50% 的美国加密投资者担忧今年面临 IRS 处罚。
新规要求 Coinbase 等经纪商通过 1099-DA 表格向 IRS 报告 2025 年所有数字资产交易，以打击逃税。IRS 将首次获取交易所内部数据并与纳税人申报比对。创始人 Andrew Duca 指出，该规则将加密资产等同于股票，但实际运作复杂：用户常在多个钱包间转移资产、与 DeFi 交互，而经纪商仅能报告销售所得，无法提供税基（买入成本），提交的表格不完整。纳税人需自行通过 8949 表格补充成本信息。目前加密税务合规率不足 20%。
