Shell Partners With Turkish Petroleum for Exploration Activities in Khan Tervel Field, Bulgaria

Shell (SHEL) has entered into a partnership agreement with Turkish Petroleum, under which, the parties have partnered for exploration activities in the Khan Tervel Field in Bulgaria's maritime jurisdiction, Turkish Petroleum said Wednesday.
Financial details related to the agreement were not disclosed.
Under the agreement, Turkish Petroleum has become a partner in the exploration activities operated by Shell under the Block 1-26 Khan Tervel Field Oil and Natural Gas Exploration License located in Bulgaria's exclusive economic zone, the company said.
