Carpenter Technology (CRS) said Tuesday that its board has appointed chief operating officer Brian Malloy as CEO, effective July 1.
Malloy will succeed Tony Thene, who will continue as executive chairman of the board, the company said.
Malloy has served as the company's chief operating officer since 2023.
