Endeavour Group (ASX:EDV) appointed Tim Poole as independent chair, subject to all necessary regulatory approvals, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
Poole currently serves as a non-executive director at Lottery (ASX:TLC), per the filing.
Poole will attend board meetings as an observer until he obtains the required regulatory approvals, the filing added.
