BUZZ-Australia's Iluka Resources falls on weak earnings, lower dividend
** Shares of Australia's Iluka Resources ILU.AX fall as much as 3.2% to A$5.13, their lowest level since February 9
** Critical miners co announces a final dividend of 3 AU cents per share, lower than the 4 AU cents apiece a year earlier
** Posts a full-year loss for the period (NPAT) at A$288 million ($203.67 million) compared with a profit of A$231 mln in the previous year
** YTD, down 9.6%
