Tower (ASX:TWR, NZE:TWR) appointed Naomi Ballantyne as chair, effective immediately, according to a Wednesday filing with the New Zealand and Australian bourses.
Ballantyne succeeded Michael Stiassny, who retired following the company's annual shareholder meeting on Wednesday, the filing added.
The company's Australian shares rose around 1% in Wednesday's trading, while its New Zealand shares fell about 2%.
