英伟达公司已出售其持有的安谋控股（Arm Holdings Plc） 全部剩余股份。Arm 是一家芯片架构技术公司，英伟达五年前曾试图收购该公司但最终失败。根据一份监管文件披露，英伟达出售了110 万股Arm 股票，按 Arm 周二收盘价计算，价值约1.4 亿美元。此次处置发生在去年第四季度某个时间点，交易完成后，英伟达对 Arm 的持股比例降至零。英伟达拒绝置评，而 Arm 方面也未立即回应媒体的置评请求。此举为两家公司之间一段波折重重的纠葛画上句号。英伟达曾在2020 年同意以400 亿美元收购 Arm，这笔交易原本有望成为芯片行业史上规模最大的一笔收购。但该交易几乎立即遭到监管机构与客户的反对。Arm 的技术支撑着全球绝大多数先进半导体芯片，其独立性被视为至关重要的资产。2022 年 2 月，双方宣布终止收购协议。由软银集团控股的 Arm 随后推进了公开上市计划。
