Science Applications International named James Reagan as the technology integrator's chief executive, removing the interim tag he has carried since October.

Science Applications on Tuesday said the appointment follows a thorough search process after last year's departure of Toni Townes-Whitley, who had been at the helm of the Reston, Va., company since October 2023.

Reagan, 67 years old, joined the Science Applications board in January 2023 and previously served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Leidos Holdings.

Science Applications said Reagan will receive an annual base salary of $1.2 million and an annual cash bonus with a target of 150% of his base pay.
