加利福尼亚州机动车管理局表示，特斯拉公司已就其车辆自动驾驶功能的营销行为采取了合规措施，因此不会在该州面临30天的销售禁令。

　　该机构周二在一份声明中称，特斯拉已采取“纠正措施”以避免被暂停销售。

　　去年12月，在一名行政法官就州监管机构指控特斯拉在营销中夸大其Autopilot和Full Self-Driving的功能能力作出裁决后，该公司被给予90天时间以实现合规。
